Upcoming "New" 30 Day Blog!!!!

Well, just 1 more day and we will be entering a New Year. I was considering whether I wanted to do another 30 day Blog challenge but as I thought about it - it occurred to me that one of the things I most want to accomplish this year is to simplify my life.

So I decided that my 30 day Blog would not be a challenge but "30 Days to a Simpler life" I will also "hopefully" have some "guest writers" during this month and in fact if you have a great suggestion that you don't see here and would like to share please e-mail me and I will post it or at least leave a comment to help the rest of us.

The "30 day" Blog will start on January 1. See you next year!

I think thats a great idea, Aunt Kathy. I'm all about making life less stressful and more simple. I love a line from a Chris Rice song: "No time for splashing around in shallow theology, He just invited us out into the deep simplicity." Don't get me wrong, I have a real passion for theology, but God seems to be much more accessible in silence and simplicity. So ... said all that to say I can't wait to read your upcoming blogs :)

Odd, but the other day that word kept running threw my head. Simplify, simplify! I've got arthritis in my wrist and thumb, my right one specially, and I am looking to simplify the things I do to adapt to this new challenge. :) Might need to simplify by giving some things up. But I can allways add things, too! Anyway, I'm with you, Kathy!

Thanks Ruthy for the encouragement! I love that quote from Chris Rice. I do think we make so many things way more complicated than it needs to be especially in our walk with God.
