Me and Susan somewhere in Washington State
So here it is! Thank you Sue.
Two Areas to Simplify:
Body:
Something that is always on my mind... eating.
Most of us always think for the new year, of ways to cut back calories and shed a few pounds.
Think:
- simplify your food.
- Back to the basics of whole foods, and just a few ingredients.
- Use your small dessert plates for your dinner plates.
Who could not use a time of refreshing, especially after the holidays?
- Take at least 5 minutes a day to read your Bible, in a quiet place.
- Then spend time praying and listening to God, reflecting what He would want you to do.
Susan

Yes, this is therapy and health...I am eager to post....whether or not anyone see's it......It is just for me! Thanks again girl! Your truely are an inspiration and a GREAT! AUNT! (Had to separate so no one thought you were a "GREAT AUNT!" LOL See you tomorrow
Thanks Bev. That is one of the big reasons I do a blog. I, of course, hope it helps and inspires and gives hope to some who stop by but I would probably do it anyway at this point even if noone came as I have found it to be a great way to express what is in my heart. That is why I like the flexibility to sometimes write about serious life changing things but also have some fun posts, family posts and anything else that I have in my heart to do. I think it is alot like Grandpas e-mails were to him. I think if he was still with us he would be learning how to blog. :)
